Saturday, August 6. Swiss National Day Celebration

• 5:00 p.m. Cookout in the meadow: bratwurst, fresh veggies, chips and dip, homemade cookies, and more. If there is rain, this will be moved to the Pavilion at the Community Hall.
• 6:00 p.m. Traditional Swiss dancing, music, and singing.
• 8:00 Square dance. Adults $5, students $2.

Tuesday, August 8. Monthly meeting of the Helvetia Restoration and Development Organization. 6 p.m. at the Helvetia Public Library.

Thursday, August 18. Helvetia Public Library Board of Trustees meeting. At the Library. 4:30 p.m.

Saturday, August 20. Work Day at the Kultur Haus. Primary goals are painting the exterior and the front room of the living area. Many other work opportunities are available so stop by and we’ll find something you like. 9:00 a.m.

Wednesday, August 24. Farm Women's Club Meeting.
